Confidence Building (Personal Development & SMSC)
This workshop supports students in understanding what confidence is, why it matters, and how it can be developed. Students explore self-belief, resilience, and mindset, while being equipped with practical strategies to build confidence in both academic and social contexts.

Year 7 Transition Skills (Personal Development & Wellbeing)

Presentation Skills (Communication & Oracy Development)

Leadership Skills (Character Education & Employability)

Teamwork Skills (SMSC & Employability Skills)
This workshop develops students’ ability to collaborate effectively in group settings. Students focus on communication, active listening, problem-solving, and respect for differing viewpoints. Through structured, interactive activities, they learn how to contribute positively to group outcomes, resolve differences constructively, and recognise the value of diverse perspectives—key skills for both school and the workplace.
